Everyone in this word is working hard at his/her own ways , Only few people are not. But mostly people are still not earning good fame,position and money.Have you ever think about it?
Yes I think about it and I want to share my point of view with you guys--:
The people who are working hard- Either they are not working in the right direction or they don't have anything(Goal/aim) to achieve. There is always a discussion about "Smart working" and "hard working". which is directly effects our achievement in our life. If a person is "smart working" but not "hard working" then the chances to achieve the goal are really very much low, If a person is Only "Hard working" but not "smart working" then chances are also Low. So I conclude it and find that there is always a right combination of both smart working and hard working is required to achieve our goals in life.
But here one more thing arises what s Right combination of both .To know the Better combination we have to know about the exact meaning of "hard working" and "smart working"

Jawab aya jo us per nighaye dal lete hey aye mere yaaro,
Har waqut kuch karne ke irrade khojta hun mey,
Ruk bhi jayun to kyo ruku us paani ki tarah,
Hoga Ruk kar kya ye samanjhta hun mey,
Kyo na us paani ki tarah bahun aye mere yaaro,
Bahne se jiske har cheej bahti hey is duniya me,
Rukna meri manjil nahi aye mere yaaro,
Jab kuch khoj lunga to fir khud se ye puchunga,
kiya Kya mene duniya me kabhi khud he se puchunga,
